No, sessions can be conducted either in person or by phone.

Jill begins each session with the intention that all information received is for your highest good. She performs an energy scan to sense areas in your energy field and physical body that require attention and healing. This may also include identifying situations that need healing.

Jill will discuss her findings from the energy scan and collaborate with you to elaborate on the details and answer any questions. She will intuitively receive guidance for self-healing and empowerment, and may connect with spirit guides to relay messages. At the end of the session, Jill will perform an energy healing to balance your chakras and clear any areas in need of attention.
